2. Technical Issues & Defective Goods

We strive for the highest quality in our legal materials. While we do not offer standard returns, we will "make it right" if there is a technical failure. Please contact us at help@lawnotes.shop immediately if:

• The digital file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

• The download link is broken or expired prematurely.

• You received a different subject or file than the one you purchased.

Upon verification of the issue, we will provide a working replacement file or a corrected link at no additional cost.

3. Non-Refundable Items

4. Exceptional Refund Requests
